T2B Gala 22 – A Hit Once Again At Caesars Windsor

Transition to Betterness (T2B) celebrated Gala 22 at Caesars Windsor on January 26, 2019.

The event was emceed Dave Hunter, Co-host of “Dave and Chuck The Freak” on 101.1 WRIF Detroit radio who is also in his 19th year as T2B’s spokesperson.

Hundreds of guests were in attendance and decked out to the nines. Hors d’oeuvres and complimentary sparkling wine awaited guests upon arrival with music by Brendan Friel Trio. Event sponsors were invited to a special Green Room with curated wines, cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and live music by DJ Chino.

Entertainment throughout the night was also provided by local rock legends Greatest Hits Live and Toronto’s Techno Femme Fatale: DJ Lady Frequency. There was plenty of great food and a late night buffet too.

Most importantly, the gala celebrated 11 lives of those who lost their courageous battle with cancer and supported all of T2B’s amazing programs in Windsor area hospitals.

Sponsors included: The Stephanie & Barry Zekelman Foundation, Rosati, LiUNA! Bluesfest, FA Investments, Caesars Windsor Cares and more.

Funds raised from the gala proceeds go directly to support T2B’s ongoing programs within our local hospitals and health care facilities, providing comfort to patients and their families impacted by a life-altering illness. Learn more about this worthy organization by visiting their website.

And of course, Biz X was there! Rod Denis and his assistant, Missi Galamb from the magazine captured plenty of great shots found on this page.
