IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer’s – Kingsville Event

Registration is officially open! Join the IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer’s, Canada’s largest fundraiser supporting dementia care, taking place on May 30 and 31, 2026, in over 150 communities across the country. This year, the Alzheimer Society of Windsor and Essex County is proud to announce that we are hosting TWO events: Saturday, May 30 at Lakeside Park in Kingsville and Sunday, May 31 at the Ford Test Track in Windsor.

In-person registration for both events begins at 8:30am followed by walk kick-off at 10:00am. Why do we walk? We walk to share hope with people living with dementia and their caregivers.

We walk to make sure vital programs, services, and education are available in our communities. We walk because every step we take together brings us closer to a future where no one faces dementia alone.

Today, over 750,000 Canadians live with dementia and that number is expected to rise to 1 million by 2030. We need your continued support to ensure that people living with dementia, and those who love and care for them, have the resources they need, close to home.
