HOME SALES STATISTICS FEBRUARY 2017 – The total of monthly listings was 574 (down 3.69% with 596 in February 2016). At the time of this report there were 1,051 available listings.

465 properties were sold in February 2017 (up 12.59% compared to February 2016 with 413 properties sold).

The Average Sales price for February 2017 was $246,935.

The Average Sales Price for February 2016 was $208,984.

The most popular style of homes sold this month: Bungalow/Ranch (164), 2 Storey (81), Raised Ranch/Bilevel (61), 1 ½ Storey (48), and 1 ¾ Storey (29).
