ON THE COVER — Strange Tales Of The South Shore — Page 18. If you live in our area, chances are you have heard a spooky tale or two, about supernatural occurrences here. There are many spots that are believed to be haunted, and some of these scary stories are shared far and wide on a new show called Strange Tales of the South Shore. Tune into the four episode series starting September 15 (or you can stream it after all episodes go live) on Bell Fibe TV and hear about the ways this region’s rich and vibrant history has become intertwined with unsettling myths and folklores. And we promise . . . no big spoilers in our article, just a few teasers!
INDIVIDUAL PICTURED: Lead actor Bridget Opfer plays Gillian Rotimer, a news reporter investigating suspicious activity in the Texas Road episode of Strange Tales of the South Shore. Since she’s a journalist, it obviously works well with the Biz X magazine team and the director wanting to “creep it real” in the series. PHOTOGRAPHER: Ken Amlin.
