In this role you will be providing stellar customer service as you handle inbound inquiries in the HGS Canada call centre. The successful candidate will demonstrate an empathetic and sympathetic approach while responding to customers, analyzing their needs and offering first call resolution.

Customer Service Representative
$11.50 /hour – English
$13.50/hour – Bilingual French

Classes starting May 24th and June 6th, 2016

Qualifications

  • Possess strong multitasking abilities
  • Clear Criminal Record Check required
  • Must be punctual and committed to a flexible work schedule
  • High school diploma
  • Customer service experience an asset
  • Strong listening and communication skills, professional telephone manner
  • Must be comfortable working in a measurable target driven environment
  • Available to work days, evenings and week-ends to meet customer demand
  • Must be computer literate: strong keyboarding and internet navigation skills
  • Ability to find customer answers quickly while using multiple resources
  • Ability to deal with customers professionally in a fast and ever changing environment
