The total of monthly listings was 768 (down 0.78% with 774 in March 2016).

At the time of this report there were 1,030 available Listings.

660 properties were sold in March 2017 (up 16.40% compared to March 2016 with 567 properties sold).

The Average Sales price for March 2017 was $261,286.

The Average Sales Price for March 2016 was $216,860.

The most popular style of homes sold this month: Bungalow/Ranch (212), 2 Storey (126, Raised Ranch/Bilevel (91), 1 ½ Storey (84), and 1 ¾ Storey (28).
