The Total of Monthly Listings was 814 (down 14.04% with 947 in April 2016). At the time of this report there were 1,096 available Listings.

607 properties were sold in April 2017 (down 10.60% compared to April 2016 with 679 properties sold).

The Average Sales price for April 2017 was $283,295.

The Average Sales Price for April 2016 was $227,520.

The most popular style of homes sold this month: Bungalow/Ranch (202), 2 Storey (127), Raised Ranch/Bilevel (88), 1 ½ Storey (62), and Apartment Hi-Rise (27).
