INDIA 47 RESTAURANT AND CHAMPION PRODUCTS DONATE $11,000 TO MELCO CHC TO AID HOUSING FOR THOSE LOCALLY AFFECTED BY HUMAN TRAFFICKING

Together India 47 Restaurant and their corporate sponsor Champion Products work together to aid local survivors of human trafficking through Annual Charity Golf Tournament

Each year through corporate donations Champion Products Corp. raises funds for charitable and not for profit organizations doing important work in the community.

Due to the uncertain circumstances surrounding COVID-19 and Champion Products was unsure about hosting the annual corporate charity golf event this year. But when Ashok Sood was approached by Nick Aujla (owner of India 47 Restaurant) that he was looking for corporate sponsorships for their fundraising tournament with Melco CHC, he immediately threw his support behind it.

“Human trafficking is an inhuman and terrible thing that is happening in the world today and in our communities and we can’t turn a blind eye to this. The survivors need help to get back on their feet and they need a safe place and support while they recover.” says Nick Aujla. “We wanted to help in any way we could.”

Together Nick and Ashok Sood were able to raise $11,000 in corporate sponsorships of the event to provide directly to Melco CHC.
