DWBIA Considers Business Development Consultant
The Downtown Windsor Business Improvement Association (DWBIA) is considering retaining a business development consultant to work on behalf of the businesses and commercial property owners in downtown Windsor.
The DWBIA invites individuals or firms to submit a qualification package for review, and will select qualified firms or individuals for an interview and further discussion. This process may result in a request for proposal.
The scope of work for the project would include, but would not necessarily be limited to:
- Implementing a business development strategy, including, but not limited to identifying potential businesses, retailers, and recruitment.
- Acting as a representative of Downtown Windsor’s business improvement area to recruit national, regional and local businesses and retailers.
- Working directly with downtown property owners and landlords.
Interested parties should submit five (5) copies of the following information to:

Package should indicate “Business Development Consultant”. Or email package in PDF format to [email protected] All packages must be received by March 19, 2020, and should contain:
- Name, address, and phone number of individual or firm.
- Examples of similar projects individual or firm has undertaken and completed. Include client contact names and phone numbers.
- Names of persons who would complete the work. Include their experience and qualifications.
