FORE! It’s the 10th Annual Mark Nantais Memorial Golf Tournament

The highly anticipated 10th Annual Mark Nantais Memorial Golf Tournament is set to take place on Saturday, August 12th, 2023, at the scenic Coachwood Golf and Country Club in McGregor, Ontario. This momentous event aims to celebrate the life and legacy of Mark Nantais, a beloved young man who touched the hearts of many during his 30 years with us.

Mark faced numerous medical challenges, including cerebral palsy and a severe seizure disorder, which presented him with additional obstacles as he grew older. Despite his trials and tribulations, Mark’s unwavering smile served as a testament to his resilient spirit. Those who loved him deeply believe that Mark had a profound purpose to fulfill during his time on Earth. He taught us invaluable lessons, including the importance of patience, love, and respect for everyone. He was a mentor, guiding us in treating others with kindness and acceptance. Funds from the tournament will goto ‘Neighbours Who Care’.

Neighbours Who Care, one of ALSO’s vital programs, operates in partnership with Xperience Home Health Care. This initiative focuses on supporting and enhancing the physical well-being of people with disabilities, as well as frail and elderly individuals in the Windsor and Essex County community. Through the provision of supportive medical equipment, Neighbours Who Care empowers these individuals to navigate their daily activities with greater ease and independence.
