Windsor Taxi Survey and other Transportation

The City of Windsor, in conjunction with Taxi Research Partners is reviewing the City’s current by-laws in order to assess the state of the taxicab industry and to investigate how to permit legal and safe operations of transportation network companies, such as Uber within the municipality.

To aid in the review, Taxi Research Partners is conducting a survey to find out the views of Windsor residents.

An on-line survey is now available, through which input will be collected and used to help shape future decisions on policy and development of services.

The survey includes questions about taxis, limousines, Uber, trains, buses and can be completed in about 10 minutes.

The more members of the public who participate in the survey, the more accurate a view may be reached.
