Milestone Ceremony for Event at Erie Shores HealthCare 25th Annual Lights of Life Event Brighter This Year Thanks To Community Partners
On Sunday evening, December 1st at 7pm, All are invited to attend the 25th annual Lights of Life at Erie Shores HealthCare. During the month of November, ESHC Spiritual Care Committee and volunteers gather donations in memory and in honor of loved ones who have passed here at ESHC. Those dedications are collected and the names read at the event followed by a tree lighting display, during which the community gathers for an evening of song and remembrance.
‘The Spiritual care committee and our teams here at Erie Shores HealthCare have made this a special time for our hospital and our patients and families who want to honour and remember those they’ve lost this year. Our care extends to our community and we’re proud to be able to be part of this tradition for so many.’ – CEO Erie Shores HealthCare Janice Dawson
As always, the centerpiece of the display will be the Celebration Tree – and thanks to a generous donation and installation of over 3500 high efficiency LED lights – the event is able to continue to mark a special milestone in 2019 – the 25th Anniversary – thanks to the generosity of Essex Powerlines Corporation.
“Essex Power is excited to be a part of Erie Shores Healthcare’s 25th Annual Lights of Life event. We are proud to be able to support this community event through our donation of LED lights. The foundation of Essex Power being a good corporate partner is being able to give back to the communities we serve, work in and live in. Congratulations to Erie Shores Healthcare on its 25th Annual Lights of Life. We are happy to help you shine!”- President & CEO, Ray Tracey
Donations for the event have been collected from Shoppers Drug Mart and IDA in the Leamington Area with funds raised going to help families in need through the Spiritual Care Committee at Erie Shores HealthCare.
