Biz X Was There – Neros Steakhouse Elevates Indulgence With Reinvigorated Menu

With a dining room that evokes elegance and luxury, the new additions to the Neros Steakhouse menu in November 2022 now elevates your experience to a new level.

As Caesars Windsor’s premiere fine-dining destination, the recently unveiled and reinvigorated menu offers even more ways to revel in the signature restaurant.

Guests can begin their culinary adventure with Neros Baked Oysters, perfectly complimented with creamed spinach, smoky bacon, aged white cheddar, and buttered panko; or find themselves diving deep into tender Pan Seared Ocean Scallops, with smoky eggplant, harissa sauce, and honey mushrooms.

“These new items will ignite your senses,” states Ken Earl, Senior Director, Resort Operations & Casino Marketing. “From amazing starters to perfectly grilled entrées, Neros always sets the table for an evening of delightful indulgences.”

A staple of all great steakhouses is the extravagance of great seafood, and Neros has proudly added Pan Seared Pacific Halibut and Lobster Tagliatelle as welcome additions to the entrée lineup.

“The menu item I am most excited to debut is the new Chilled Seafood Tower,” says Rajan Mehra, Executive Chef, Culinary. “Whether it’s enjoyed to start or as a main feature, this show-stopping tower includes the very best from the ocean, including lobster, king crab, jumbo shrimp, octopus, and more.”

Under the direction Chef de Cuisine Deron Lepore, Neros’ classic offerings continue to include the world’s finest cuts like Wagyu Striploin, Alberta Beef Filet, and Angus Beef Ribeye among other favourites. Through buttery first cuts and down to the last ounce, Neros prides itself on consistently delivering perfectly crusted, perfectly tender, and perfectly seasoned steak dishes.

Adding to an evening of luxury and indulgence is the extensive wine list.

Backed by the prestigious Wine Spectator Award for 13 years and a spectacular Wine Room, Neros is recognized for its devotion to providing expertly chosen, high-quality wines that appeal to every type of wine lover.

Curated by Renee Nantais, the only in-house sommelier in the area, hundreds of bottles from top wine regions around the globe make up a celebrated wine collection.

And no memorable meal is ever complete without something sweet!

In-house Pastry Chef, Mike Poojari carefully crafted and developed a lavish lineup of desserts to leave a lasting impression. From a decadent Caramel Chocolate Mousse Brownie to the rich and creamy Grand Marnier and Frangelico Crème Brûlée duo, the end of the meal is as exquisite as the start.

Neros Steakhouse is open at 5 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday. You can call for reservations or book online
