New Number Set Up For Patients/Families To Call at ESHC
Due to the changes in services and the evolving situation in regards to COVID-19 – Erie Shores Health Care (ESHC) has set up a phone number for the public to call weekdays 8a to 4p with questions in regards to procedure, tests, and surgery cancelations, info on self –isolation, self-monitoring, visitor policy, and more questions about COVID-19. Voicemail will be set up for calls that are not answered live. Questions will be answered in a prompt manner, and if staff are unable to answer a question – ESHC will get the answer for the caller ASAP and call them back.
The ESHC Patient Service Line # is 519-326-2373 ext 4481.
ESHC will continue to update the public regarding any changes to policies and procedures until the pandemic declaration has been lifted by the Province of Ontario.
Also as a reminder, if you are an otherwise healthy individual and are not experiencing any serious symptoms, do NOT come to the emergency department to check whether you have contracted COVID-19. Coming to the ED risks transmitting the virus to others.
