Biz X Magazine feature writer, Andrea Grimes volunteered for the Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Christmas Drive at Devonshire Mall December 9, 2017

Our WW II RCN Veteran Dorothy Grondin “rang the bells” in support of the Rotary Club of Windsor (1918) for the Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Christmas Drive sponsored by Biz X Magazine at the Cineplex Odeon entrance at Devonshire Mall.

When Dorothy was in hospital many years ago, the Salvation Army provided her with the comfort of companionship. When Dorothy’s husband was out-of-work, the Salvation Army provided for the family. Dorothy wanted to support the Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Campaign in appreciation of their kindness and support to her family of eight children during very “anxious” times in their lives.

So when you see a kettle volunteer, please give to help our community. Learn more at SalvationArmyWindsor.ca and the latest pictures and news on their facebook page.
