The Salvation Army Windsor Surpasses 2024 Christmas Kettle Campaign Goal
The Salvation Army in Windsor has announced that thanks to the incredible generosity of the community, they have surpassed their 2024 Christmas Kettle Campaign goal.
With an initial target of $240,000, the campaign exceeded expectations by raising an impressive $257,651!

The Kettle Campaign ran from November 15 to December 24 at various locations throughout the greater Windsor region and is the organization’s largest annual public fundraiser. Funds raised stay within the community, directly supporting essential services such as food security programs, emergency shelters, and empowerment initiatives year-round.
Local residents could support the campaign by: Donating at a local kettle; Volunteering as a bell ringer to help inspire community giving and by Hosting a kettle at their business.
Jason Linton, Executive Director of The Salvation Army Windsor Centre of Hope adds: “This incredible achievement would not have been possible without the dedication of the hundreds of volunteers who selflessly contribute their time each year. Surpassing our goal reflects the spirit of compassion and generosity that defines Windsor. We extend our heartfelt thanks to every donor, volunteer, and partner who contributed to this success.”
The Salvation Army remains committed to supporting vulnerable individuals and families in Windsor and will continue working to address food insecurity, housing stability, and community well-being.
