The Total of Monthly Listings was 657 (down 3.95% with 684 in September 2016). At the time of this report there were 1,278 available Listings.

453 properties were sold in September 2017 (down 18.08% compared to September 2016 with 553 properties sold).

The Average Sales price for September 2017 was $253,465. The Average Sales Price for September 2016 was $217,439.

The most popular style of homes sold this month: Bungalow/Ranch (164), Raised Ranch/Bilevel (72), 2 Storey (66), 1 ½ Storey (52) and 1 ¾ Storey (27).
