New City Treasurer – Chief Financial Officer Announced

Windsor Mayor Drew Dilkens, City Council and Chief Administrative Officer Onorio Colucci have announced Joseph Mancina as the new City Treasurer/Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Leader of Finance and Information Technology.

Mr. Mancina has been with the City of Windsor’s Finance Department for over 26 years, serving the past nine years as Deputy Treasurer-Financial Accounting.

Over his nearly 30 year private and public sector finance career, Joe has held a variety of positions including; Capital Budget Manager, Corporate Budget Manager, Internal Auditor/Consultant and Corporate Accounting Manager.

Joseph holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Windsor and numerous accounting designations including his Chartered Professional Accountants Association (CPA) designation.

The appointment to City Treasurer/Chief Financial Officer is effective immediately.
