EASTER SEALS SPECTACLE LAUNCHES FANFARE AND FESTIVAL
Easter Seals Ontario (Windsor-Essex) has unveiled the Cartoon Kingdom Fanfare and LiUNA!625 Festival, two new activations within its Spectacle event taking place at the Holiday Inn & Suites Ambassador Bridge hotel (1855 Huron Church Rd., Windsor, Ontario) on November 5-7, 2021.
Spectacle is a three-day event that will utilize the Holiday Inn’s full array of convention assets, amenities, and outdoor space, a combined activation area of 43,244 square feet. Cartoon Kingdom and LiUNA!625 have made Spectacle possible through a combination of monetary and in-kind support. Visitors of this unique event will have the opportunity to enjoy a mix of arts and crafts, attractions, entertainment, programs and events inclusive of real-life Canadian heroes, TV celebrities, sports heroes and other guests across a myriad of fandoms.
The Cartoon Kingdom Fanfare will include various elements found through traditional pop culture events that fans have come to enjoy, including comics, cards, toys, anime, tabletop and retro gaming, cosplay, comic creators, voice actors and celebrities across various fandoms, to name a few.

As it relates to the LiUNA!625 Festival, there will be a mix of indoor (tented) and outdoor activities, including sports celebrities, arts, demonstrations, competitions, and an evening concert. The headline entertainment will be revealed later this month.
“We are thrilled to help support Easter Seals through the Spectacle,” says LiUNA!625 Business Manager Rob Petroni. “There will be many engaging opportunities for the community to experience and enjoy all opportunities all weekend long as we collectively raise funds and awareness for kids with physical disabilities.”
To support the launch of the Cartoon Kingdom Fanfare and LiUNA!625 Festival, Easter Seals has partnered with Neighbur to launch ticket sales online utilizing a digital marketing solution that both enhances and enables the overall fan experience.

Easter Seals Ontario is now in its 99th year of being a champion for children and youth with physical disabilities from all backgrounds within the communities of Windsor-Essex and across the province. Its roots emerged from Rotary locally who spearheaded the founding organization, The Ontario Society for Crippled Children (November 28, 1922). Programs include funding for essential mobility and accessibility equipment, fully accessible summer camp opportunities at its two properties, Camp Merrywood and Camp Woodeden, online virtual camp programming, public awareness, and information resources.
