The Total of monthly listings was 673 (down 3.30% with 696 in October 2015). At the time of this report there were 1,478 available listings.

470 properties ere sold in October 2016 (down 6.00% compared to October 2015 with 500 properties sold).

The Average Sales price for October 2016 was $230,754.

The Average Sales Price for October 2015 was $200,813.

The most popular style of homes sold this month: Bungalow/Ranch (163), 2 Storey (86), Raised Ranch/Bilevel (63), 1 ½ Storey (49), and 1 ¾ Storey (31)
