POWER RANGER ACTOR JOHNNY YONG BOSCH TO LEAD STAR-STUDDED LINE-UP OF GUESTS AT 2017 WINDSOR COMICON

Windsor ComiCon has announced its 1st guest of the 2017 season through American actor, voice actor, martial artist and musician, Johnny Yong Bosch.

As an actor, Bosch earned his first major role portraying Adam Park, the second Black Power Ranger and later, the Green Zeo Ranger and the first Green Turbo Ranger in the Power Rangers franchise. Bosh is a member of the Power Rangers Hall of Fame.

In addition to his acting success, Bosch provides the English voices for several anime productions and videos games including Shotaro Kaneda in Akira through to Yu Narukami in the Persona 4 series. Furthermore, as a voice-over actor and two-time American Anime Award nominee, his works include (but are not limited to) Ichigo Kurosaki on Bleach, Renton Thurston through Eureka 7, Artemis on Sailor Moon and Sailor Moon Crystal as well as the lead character Nate Adams on Yo-kai Watch and Vash of the Stampede (Trigun).

“Power Rangers fans new and old will certainly have something to be excited about with the new Power Rangers movie exceeding box office expectations this past weekend and now the ability to meet a member of the original series at Windsor ComiCon this year,” says ComiCon General Manager, Colin Douglas.

Johnny Yong Bosch is presented by David Jacob Duke Creative Design Studio.

Deborah Jones and her team at Biz X Magazine work so incredibly hard to produce each issue and their November / December Awards 2024 issue is fantastic! So happy to see that Erie Street Woodworks won in their Woodworking Wonders category. There were 196 nominees this year and I have no idea how Deborah and the team of judges were able to choose between all of the talented nominees.

Deborah and the Biz X team are not only a group of people who work together, they are the spirit of Windsor's community, business essence and bringing social awareness. As a new member of this beautiful city, it was through Biz X magazine that I learned who is who and where is where. I attended their 25th Anniversary Gala in 2022 and what a fantastic evening. Everything, from the sparkling decor, glam photos, entertainment, guest speakers and our own Windsor fire department fundraising for Sparky's Toy Drive, was a true celebration.
