Dharmesh Patel honoured with Revenue Management Excellence Award at the 2025 National Awards for Property Excellence

Choice Hotels Canada recently announced the national winners of its prestigious 2025 Awards for Property Excellence (APEX). Dharmesh Patel, the General Manager of the Quality Inn in Leamington, is the inaugural winner of the newly added Revenue Management Excellence award. He is a past recipient of the Leader of the Year APEX award from Choice Hotels Canada.

​​Altogether 13 national APEX Awards were awarded, recognizing top performance, commitment to guest service, and operational excellence.

This national award recognizes an individual who demonstrates outstanding efforts and results in revenue management. The recipient is someone who fosters a revenue management (RM) culture at their hotel, holds regular RM meetings and shows an eagerness to engage with Choice Hotels Canada’s RM team and Choice tools to elevate their hotel’s performance.

Dharmesh is a hands-on manager whose curiosity, commitment to collaboration, and drive for continuous improvement have positioned him as a true revenue leader. His efforts have led to the property achieving a 14.1% RevPAR growth through active engagement and partnership with ChoiceRM.
