The total of monthly listings was 959 (up 10.23% with 870 in June 2015).

At the time of this report there were 1,686 available Listings. 720 properties were sold in June 2016 (up 20.40% compared to June 2015 with 598 properties sold).

The Average Sales price for June 2016 was $231,880.

The Average Sales Price for June 2015 was $198,801.

The most popular style of homes sold this month: Bungalow/Ranch (250), 2 Storey (121), Raised Ranch/Bilevel (115), 1 ½ Storey (77), and Apartment Hi-Rise (42).
