Westbound E.C. Row Expressway Lane Closures for Banwell Road Interchange and Corridor Improvements

The westbound lanes of E.C. Row Expressway will be closed from Manning Road to Banwell Road for watermain installation (eastbound lanes will remain open).

Detour signage will be in place along Manning Road/County Road 19, Lesperance Road, Tecumseh Road East, County Road 42, County Road 46, and Banwell Road/County Road 43.

Banwell Road, Lesperance Road, and Manning Road will remain open.

Closure is expected to last from 8 p.m., Friday, October 3, until 6 p.m., Sunday, October 5, 2025 (weather permitting).

A similar closure in the eastbound direction is anticipated the weekend of October 17, 2025, weather permitting. Further details will be provided in a separate detour notice.

Deborah Jones and her team at Biz X Magazine work so incredibly hard to produce each issue and their November / December Awards 2024 issue is fantastic! So happy to see that Erie Street Woodworks won in their Woodworking Wonders category. There were 196 nominees this year and I have no idea how Deborah and the team of judges were able to choose between all of the talented nominees.

Deborah and the Biz X team are not only a group of people who work together, they are the spirit of Windsor's community, business essence and bringing social awareness. As a new member of this beautiful city, it was through Biz X magazine that I learned who is who and where is where. I attended their 25th Anniversary Gala in 2022 and what a fantastic evening. Everything, from the sparkling decor, glam photos, entertainment, guest speakers and our own Windsor fire department fundraising for Sparky's Toy Drive, was a true celebration.
