It’s all fun and games at The Windsor Corporate Challenge – Saturday June 18, 2016.
Windsor Corporate Challenge consits of fifty-four teams, over 750 participants, from businesses around Windsor-Essex County. They all came out to the Vollmer Complex for a day of competition, fun and to support local charity.
Celebrating its fifth year, the “Windsor Corporate Challenge” is a team-building and fundraising event. It offers the ability for businesses to foster cohesion and team building. With a series of challenges and activities that engage employees by having them act as one, promoting togetherness, all while removing workplace barriers.
“We are very excited for this year’s event,” states Meighen Nehme, founder of the “Windsor Corporate Challenge” and President of The Job Shoppe. “We have a record number of teams participating this year and as a result we added a few additional secret games for a very memorable team building experience.”
Over the past four years, over $450,000 has been raised for local charities; moving forward the goal is to push that amount well over $1 million. This years’ event supports the new Ronald McDonald House Windsor.
The challenge is also the 2015 Biz X Award winner for “The Most Wonderful Event of the Year.”
Awards and prizing for the top three fundraising teams and individuals, in addition to the winning team. The team with the most spirit is awarded at the end of games. There is still time support this event by donating online.
