Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm
The Administrative Assistant reports to the Chief Executive Office (CEO) and is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure that TWEPI operations are well managed.
The incumbent must have proficiency in the following areas:
Knowledge of office administration and financial procedures
Excellent interpersonal skills
Team building skills
Analytical and problem solving skills
Effective verbal and listening communications skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Very effective organizational skills
Effective written communications skills
Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheet and word processing programs
