The Arts Council Windsor & Region (ACWR) annually views January as a month of reflection, consultation and planning.

The ACWR invites you to participate in its annual “Back to the Drawing Board”; a two week long artistic think tank open to the public that focuses on creative development and communication within the arts community of Windsor/Essex.

Throughout Back to the Drawing board the ACWR offices take over the Artspeak Gallery in the heart of Walkerville where staff and volunteers utilize the space to creatively address the needs and concerns of the Windsor/Essex Arts Community.

Artists of all disciplines, Cultural Organizations and the public are invited to visit the gallery space during the two-week period and contribute to large mind maps and visual survey questions. Upon the final days of the program, the gallery will be filled with ideas, plans, and source material to further arts communication and growth.
