Biz X Was There – WindsorEats Tinsel Town Popup Bar
WindsorEats Food Hall (400 Erie Street East – Unit 3) hosted a sneak peak of Tinsel Town Windsor Popup Bar— the go-to festive hotspot this holiday season — on November 14, 2024 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Local content creators and media personalities were on hand dressed in their best ugly Christmas sweaters and of course, Biz X was there to get the scoop on this new holiday attraction! And some fun holiday photo-ops!
Owner Adriano Ciotoli along with a couple bartenders were serving up specialty Christmas drinks and treats to sample including: S’mores hot cocoa, Grinch’s heart (River’s End Gin from Wolfhead Distillery, Blue Curacao, pineapple juice, lemon juice, simple syrup and strawberry), homemade eggnog, paper sleigh (Canadian Club 12 YO whisky, Aperol, Amaro, and lemon juice), and table top S’mores kits!
Since November 15, Tinseltown Windsor runs every Friday and Saturday until Christmas. Admission is free and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage options are available.
Each night is packed with themed activities including: live music by Eric Myskow and Avolea Smith, living room board game night (November 16), Santa’s Sipping Scavenger Hunt (November 22), paint by numbers (November 23), Kara-hohoho-ke (November 29), Elf Olympiad (November 30), Holly Jolly Hootenanny – featuring Fiddle & Friends (December 6), Blindfolded Christmas Crafting (December 7), Nightmare in Tinseltown – featuring ghouls from Scarehouse Windsor, B’Erie Street Christmas pub crawl and Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest (December 14), and gingerbread house making (December 20).
