I Want You To Be Happy NOW!

I Want You To Be Happy NOW!

Having a happy, productive and fulfilled life should be everyone’s goal. Happiness is beautiful, and depression is quite the opposite. Just because the things in your life are at their hardest does not mean you have to choose depression. It is easy to stay unhappy, but it takes courage to be happy.

It might be hard to think that there is no reason to be happy. However, with everything that might be going on in your life right now, I am here to tell you there are so many reasons to be happy. I want you to step back for a second and put your depression on hold, because I want to share with you some of the reasons you can hang up, and block depression from trying to reach you ever again.

You are transcendent and unique

Try to find someone out there who is exactly like you. Even if they look like you, they will never be you. You are the one and only. You have a unique and distinctive quality about you, that people remember, love and appreciate.

People really do love you.

There are people out there who love your smile and your charm. There are people out there who look up to you, who want to be like you. You have something so special about you that brings value to this world. There are people right now who think the world of you, as I am typing. You matter more than you think and you are more loved than you realize.

You are the whole package. Be proud that you have such a great impact on others.

Your struggles are not permanent

Never give up my friends. Struggles are not your enemy, they help you develop your strengths. They are making you stronger so you can cope when life happens to you. Be happy, because this is the story of your journey that becomes inspirational and heartwarming. Every story has a middle and that middle is the struggle. The inspiration comes from you overcoming it, and becoming a happier, stronger, and a successful person. That is the ending.

Check out the movie, The Pursuit of HAPPYNESS, and you will know exactly what I am talking about.

You are a human being

Be blessed that God created you as a human being. You have no limitations, and the freedom and will to accomplish big dreams in your life.

You are alive. To be alive means you are given the chance to experience life, people, and nature. You are not floating in a dark place.

Do not waste your time being depressed. God has given you the gift of life. So in your long life, put your focus on being, and doing what makes you happy. Don’t focus on negative thoughts, and negative people.

You have a purpose to fulfill

You were not born by accident. You have something positive to do. There is something special you have to do that will undoubtedly leave your mark. You may not know what it is, but that is okay. You will eventually. Don’t overthink it. It will come to you. And when you find it out, it will bring a smile on your face.

You have the talent, so use it.

Focus on your strengths. Embrace them. Focusing on your passions is a sure way to help you find your purpose.

I never knew that God wanted me to help others. That was my purpose. It just clicked to me. I love people and I love helping them. This is what truly makes me happy. Boom. There it is. I found it. Your happiness is my happiness. So what is your happiness?

Be happy because there is always PIZZZAAAAAA!!!

C’mon who doesn’t love a fresh slice or more of pizza? Pizza is life, and happiness. Good amounts of carbohydrates that will make you feel happy. Pizza will be around for your entire life, and beyond. That is enough to make you smile.

Be so happy that it radiates all over you, on the inside and out. When you are truly happy, you can go out there and make others feel happier. Be excited, and energetic. Smile, and laugh. Ask people how they are doing. Hold doors for others. Be funny, and charismatic.

Every time I go outside. I sing and do weird things that make others laugh.

I remember I was in Costco on a busy Saturday. I went to buy a bag of protein. Normally protein powder is very expensive, but I found a bag for $49. There were people in the aisle, and I shouted “OHHHH YEAHHHH! Great price.” People started to laugh. And then I said, “Well you need protein for the guns.” Then I subsequently flexed my muscles. A lady was with her baby still laughing, I bowed, and said, “After you young lady,” as she went by with her cart.

I love doing this. I love to make people laugh, and feel good. Try it out some time. You will draw positive attention.

Being happy is fun and you feel great!

Happiness can help you become more proactive, and productive. You feel energetic, inspired, and motivated. You may feel like accomplishing anything that gives you pleasure. You feel full of life. Happiness reduces blood pressure, keeps you looking younger, and more radiant. Happiness pretty much offers many benefits to your mind, body, soul, and spirit.

These are just some of the perks of being happy. So choose happy.

And finally because you deserve happiness

Do you really think you deserve to be depressed? Would you want others to feel the same way? You have been through enough torment. Whatever your situation is, just know it’s not permanent. It may feel like it is but, that’s the depression talking to you.

You can put a stop to it right now. It may not be by a snap of a finger, but by doing things everyday that are pushing you towards being happy. Looking for some of the reasons you should be happy, in addition to doing things that make you happy.

God has given you, one of the greatest gifts…..freedom. Freedom to live your life, freedom to be yourself, freedom to speak your truths, freedom to make choices. So have the freedom to choose happiness.

Be happy right now my friend. In the end nothing is going to matter. Live the life you want to live. Don’t waste a single second of not being happy. Do not wait for things to get better. You have the POWER to make it better.

God bless you.

Never give up. Keep moving forward. Believe in yourself. Be a legend!
