Young Entrepreneur Sam Sinjari Leads by Example at the Odette School of Business
Setting an example of what a 21st century leader is, 29-year-old local entrepreneur Sam Sinjari hosted a warm turkey lunch at the Odette School of Business on Thursday while addressing 200 Masters of Management international students.
“Be leaders in your community and set an example for others to do the same. Being a leader is more than an executive title. It is setting a standard and following through with a positive action to better a situation for others”, was the message Sinjari shared.
Sinjari recognizes that holidays can be difficult for students who are away from their families.
“My primary focus today was to show students that there are people in the community who care about them and understand their struggles and challenges. One day when they succeed in their endeavours I hope these students will remember my message and they will be inspired to give back to their community and create great impact themselves. I want to be a part of creating leaders and feel this is a great place to start.”
Odette Dean Mitchell Fields says “our business school places strong emphasis on being a 21st century leader. Mr. Sinjari is a great example of young leadership in our community, and is providing a wonderful mentorship moment to our students.”
