WINDSOR ROAD CONSTRUCTION NOTICE OCTOBER 1 2025

Speed Hump Installation on Victoria Avenue

Two speed humps and associated signs and pavement markings will be installed on Victoria Avenue between Grove Avenue and Giles Boulevard West. Drivers are advised to follow posted construction signage from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday, October 2, 2025 (weather permitting).

Laing Street and McEwan Avenue Road Closures

Laing Street will be closed from Campbell Avenue to Curry Avenue, and McEwan Avenue will be closed from Laing Street to Grove Avenue for surface asphalt paving. Local traffic only. No on-street parking from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Thursday, October 2, and Friday, October 3, 2025 (weather permitting).

Jefferson Boulevard Lane Restrictions

Southbound Jefferson Boulevard will have lane restrictions from Edgar Street to South National Street for catch basin repairs. Flag persons will be on site. Restrictions in place from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Thursday, October 2, until Wednesday, October 15, 2025 (weather permitting).

So happy to see that Erie Street Woodworks won in their Woodworking Wonders category. Deborah and the Biz X team are not only a group of people who work together, they are the spirit of Windsor's community, business essence and bringing social awareness. As a new member of this beautiful city, it was through Biz X magazine that I learned who is who and where is where. I attended their 25th Anniversary Gala in 2022 and what a fantastic evening.
