The Total of Monthly Listings was 774 (up 2.11% with 758 in March 2015). At the time of this report
there were 1,473 available Listings.

567 properties were sold in March 2016 (up 25.44% compared to March 2015 with 452 properties
sold).

The Average Sales price for March 2016 was $216,860. The Average Sales Price for March 2015
was $197,566.

The most popular style of homes sold this month: Bungalow/Ranch (189), 2 Storey (102), Raised
Ranch/Bilevel (75), 1 ½ Storey (60), and 1 ¾ Storey (31).
