Windsor-Essex Neighbourhood Ambassadors & MRA Launch “Stuff-the-Bus” Donation Campaign March 18 to 24, 2024
The Windsor-Essex Neighbourhood Ambassadors, in collaboration with MRA – Mobile Experiential, have announced the launch of the “Stuff-the-Bus” donation campaign.
This initiative, running from Monday, March 18 through Sunday, March 24, is a community-wide effort aimed at supporting over 15 organizations across Windsor-Essex that provide essential services to high-priority individuals in need.
The “Stuff-the-Bus” campaign offers several convenient drop-off locations across Windsor-Essex to make it easy for community members to contribute their donations.
The designated drop-off points include MRA – Mobile Experiential (2296 Richmond Street, Windsor), open from Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with extended hours on Wednesday until 7pm; Maryvale (3640 Wells Street, Windsor), also available Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm; Caldwell (14 Orange Street, Leamington – to the Mobile Medical Support Clinic), accepting donations from March 18-20, 9am-4pm; and Migration Hall (170 Main Street East, Kingsville) on March 23-24, 9am-4pm.
The campaign receives generous event promotion and support from Windsor Express, who will uniquely feature the bus during their game on March 22, showcasing the strong community spirit and collective effort to assist those in vulnerable situations, with an added opportunity for donations to be brought directly to the game during its hours.
Recognizing the importance of inclusivity and accessibility, the Windsor-Essex Neighbourhood Ambassadors have also arranged for pickup services. Those unable to visit a drop-off location can request a pickup by reaching out via the Windsor-Essex Neighbourhood Ambassadors‘ website, Facebook, or Instagram. This ensures that everyone who wishes to contribute has the opportunity to do so, further strengthening our community’s collective effort to support those in need.
